Invention: Piano gloves

Hi people!

Thank you again for checking my new blog entry and seeing what's on it today. I will be talking about an amazing invention for you music maestros.

Imagine this: You're at the airport and you want to practice playing piano. Well, boom! You can get special gloves so that when you tap your fingers on the table, your fingers play different notes.

How does this work exactly? Well sensors in the fingertips of the gloves sense when you hit them against a hard surface and play the notes your fingers would ideally be hitting on a real piano. If you shift your hands away from each other, then your fingers will play a different pitch. There is also a speaker attached to the gloves so that you can hear what you are playing. I bet you want one now, huh?

Thanks for reading today's entry. See you next time.

                                                                                       Bye!

Invention: The Pancake Printer

Hi people!

Thank you for reading my blog and seeing what's on it today! Often on The Coolest Blog in the World, you will find entries about inventions since as you know, (if you've read my profile) I love new inventions! So, without further ado, please read the first blog entry on an invention.

Imagine this: You want pancakes for breakfast and you get one. Only problem is, that it's the ordinary circle pancake. Then suddenly, you want a different, unique design like your name, your favorite cartoon character, or even George Washington! Lucky for you, there is an invention that can "print" pancakes into (mostly) any shape you want. It could be a triangle, a hexagon, or even better your name or your favorite animal!

To create your fantastic flapjack, you first have to use the printer's computer program to trace your design, which then is translated step-by-step instructions for the printer to follow. All you have to do for the printer to print, is pour batter into the electric nozzle which will then get squeezed on to a mini griddle. The nozzle that holds the pancake batter will move and shift as it prints your ideal pancake. It's just like a 3D printer (another cool invention).

Thanks for reading today's entry everyone! See you guys next time. Bye!

Book Review: Refugee

Hello everyone!

Thanks for checking what's on today and wow, am I excited! This is my first book review on this blog. I will continue to do many book reviews as I go along my reading journey.

I will be talking about an amazing book I read. Refugee is by award-winning author Alan Gratz. You may have read some of his books like Prisoner B-3087 or Projekt 1065. To me, Refugee seems like a book for 4th graders and above.

!!!!!ATTENTION!!!!: Spoilers Ahead

Refugee has an amazing story line full with adventure and action. It's about three fictitious kids along the course of real-life events in history and how they overcame those events.

The first child is a boy named Josef and his part of the story takes place in 1939, Nazi Germany. Josef and his family follow the Jewish religion and is therefore hated by the German people. This is because Adolf Hitler, the dictator and Third Reich of Germany thinks Jews are bad and are not as perfect as pure Germans. Therefore he starts the Second World War by killing Jews and invading countries so that he can become Emperor of the World. Josef and his family escape by getting on a cruise with other refugees so that they can escape the dictator and go to a free and refugee-welcoming Cuba.

The second child is a girl named Isabel. Isabel's story takes place in Cuba, 1994 when the Cuban dictator Fidel Castro was not letting people escape Cuba even when their food supplier the Soviet Union, collapsed at the end of the Cold War. As riots broke out, Castro immediately decided that anybody who wished to escape to the U.S., could. Isabel's family and her friend's family all got on a homemade boat, and sailed away across the Atlantic ocean to seek refuge in the U.S.

The third and final child is a Syrian boy named Mahmoud. Mahmoud lives in 2015, Syria when the Syrian civil war breaks out. This happened because some Syrians didn't want Syrian president, Bashar al-Assad to continue being president and became rebels, fighting against the Syrian government. Mahmoud and his family want to get out of all the fighting and air strikes that happen everyday and make their treacherous journey to refuge and peace in Germany.

Overall, I like that this book was full of adventure and action. What I didn't like though was that the stories kept switching and it was confusing to remember what happened in the other child's story when you got there. I would rate this book 5 stars.

Thank you all for reading my book review and checking my blog. Keep your eyes peeled for another article.

 Bye!

Adi

Fortnite: Bosses

Hello everyone!

This is my first post on my blog. Thanks so much for looking and checking what's on it. Today I'm going to be talking about the new bosses from Fortnite's new season: Chapter 2, Season 2.

Now what is Fortnite? Fortnite is a battle royale game that involves PvP battling against other players and to win, you have to be the only one surviving. You have weapons and can harvest materials to build forts in the game. To learn more about Fortnite click here: https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/home. Fortnite is also free in cost except for in-game purchases. You can play alone, in a duo, in a squad of four players, or in a team rumble mode with 50 players v 50 players. When you are playing, there is also a storm surronding the player map and to escape it, you have to go to the eye of the storm which is safe. So, you have to watch out for enemy players, henchmen, and the storm. Fortnite is one of my favorite games and I will always continue to love it.

For those of you who already play, you know that there is a spy themed season going on right now and it's super fun! There are cool accessories, skins, and new places. These new places include buildings with henchmen who are controlled by computers. The henchmen as you guys know are working for either two organizations: Shadow or Ghost. I bet most of us who play Fortnite here know about The Agency, an island that houses Ghost henchmen and also the big boss, Midas.

Midas: Midas is the big boss for the Ghost organization and basically commands everyone. His touch can turn anything into gold and he is very dangerous for he has a golden drum gun that is mythic rarity, (for you folks who don't play Fortnite, mythic rarity is overpowered.) You can find him at The Agency, waiting patiently for you to drop there. (oh, folks who don't play Fortnite, when I said drop, players literally drop from a flying bus, skydiving and landing where ever they want on the map.)

Brutus: Brutus is someone you especially do not want to mess with. As per his name, he is a brute and is very strong. Brutus works for Shadow and stays in The Grotto, a Shadow cave hideout that has an awesome water escape way. Brutus also has a mythic mini gun and also has a cool pickax that consists of a hammer and a saw. Brutus is waiting to have a nice knuckle sandwich with you when you land at The Grotto.

TNTina:

TNTina is exactly who she sounds like. A person who loves explosives so much that her weapon is a bow with explosive arrows! This bow can reload by itself and has a capacity of 5 arrows. TNTina can be found on The Oil Rig along with her Shadow henchmen.

Skye:

Skye is a type of person who loves cartoons and has an awesome hat. Why am I saying that she has an awesome hat? Oh, well her hat can turn into a glider and a bouncer thingymajig. It's very cool when seen in action. Skye can be found in the Shark, a cave that literally like a shark. Also, Skye has a grappler (nothing special. Just a gun with a suction cup on it. Something Batman would use.) Skye also has a really cool sword that would have come from a fantasy book. This sword is actually supposed to be used for harvesting materials but can also damage players very slowly.

Meowscles:

Meowscles is a strong cat. Yes, you heard me right, he's a strong human-cat hybrid thing. He's really muscular and lives in The Yacht, a really big, souped-up boat that is the big boss Midas's. Meowscles can be found in the yacht wandering about. He can't destroy you with his arms but has a gun called the peow-peow gun and it is pretty overpowered.

Agent Peely:

Last but not least, it's my personal favorite agent, it's Agent Peely! Agent Peely is a human-banana thing. Agent Peely does not linger in the Fortnite island but you can have him as a wearable skin. Agent Peely is the agent of the original banana skin, Peely. He also has a cool backpack called a banana briefcase and also has a banana pickaxe.

Peely:                                                                                                         Agent Peely:

Thanks for reading today's entry! See you later and also keep on watch for the next one.

Bye!
