Cast Away: Movie Review

Hello all,

Thank you for waiting patiently for this next post and I am extremely excited to talk about it! One thing I am very sad about is there are not many comments anymore! I need them guys. Please don't feel afraid to comment and special thank you to my uncle Sammy and my parents for commenting on every post! Please, please try to comment and I want as much comments as my views. Thank you so much!

Today I will be doing my first movie review on this blog and I am excited because when I was 4-6 years old, I used to write a movie review on every movie I watched. I wanted to start again and so today I will be talking about a famous and very nice movie called Cast Away.

!!!!ATTENTION SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!

Cast Away is about a Fed-Ex delivery manager named Chuck Noland who is obsessed with being on time. As part of one of his assignments, he has to go to Malaysia to deliver more packages, he boards a big delivery plane and has to cross the South Pacific Ocean to get there.

In the middle of the vast ocean, the plane gets caught in a big storm and has trouble contacting the air traffic control station. Eventually, the plane crashes into the ocean and Chuck is the only survivor. Unaware about this, he grabs onto a lifeboat and fights to stay afloat. The next morning he finds himself stranded on an uninhabited island with only a broken clock and pager. He soon discovers that he has to survive and forget about time. Chuck ends up staying on the island for four years. Yes you heard me right, four years! Soon, he builds a raft and with his volleyball friend named Wilson, he sails out into the sea not knowing what he is going to do. Finally he spots a ship and gets rescued.

This movie is all about grit and determination and the urge to survive, fighting all odds. I really liked it. I would recommend this movie for all ages. I would rate this movie five stars.

I really hope you liked this first movie review and make sure to watch this amazing movie. Be on the look out for more entries, posts, and movie reviews. Again please comment and I will see you next time.

Bye,

Adi
